'A journey into the world of the Siluris Glanis’ is an instructive DVD. It gives you an in-depth look into the world of Europe’s biggest fresh water fish. Specimen hunter Ronny De Groote travels in search of these giants to the Ebro river  system, this area in Northern Spain is the epicentre of European catfish angling. Together with his good friends Peter Ölschläger and Gary Allen does he reveal some of the mysteries around the Siluris Glanis.
Nevertheless Ronny, Peter and Gary have caught catfish up to 120lb while filming this DVD is the size of these catfishes less important. Their main goal is to teach you something more about the Wels catfish and its environment.
How does it react under certain conditions? How is its character? Is it a predator or a scavenger? Does it take advantage of any given situation or is it an opportunist? Has it learned from previous bad experiences? What are the most successful angling techniques? What are the prime times to target these giants? What tackle should I use?
